About Forever Vet Wives

Forever Vet Wives was establish as an 501 3 C non-profit corporation in Fairfax Station, Va by Dolores Leon in July 2011, the wife of a Vietnam Veteran, USMC.

After 10 years of trying to find resources and assistance, this organization was founded as a means to reach military spouses. Since our founding and initial efforts in Fairfax Station, VA we have expanded our operation to Orlando, FL and Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Our Mission

To help support the military spouse when a spouse finds herself in need of a safe haven retreat and to provide advocacy for spouses of military veterans. ForeverVetWives goal is to ultimately provide a “safe haven retreat” for the military spouse who finds herself in a situation at home and who may need a temporary shelter and/or emotional support. As veterans seek help so should we help keep our military spouses safe.

The staff of Forever Vet wives includes military spouses of the work era after Vietnam representing the USMC, Air Force, and Army. Our staff will diligently support our spouses in finding a safe haven but we need your help.
